Membership

Complete Development.
Built in the Right Order.

Resonance Baseball gives physically maturing pitchers the opportunity to experience a complete development program built around the focus, preparation, and training standards of professional baseball. We develop the athlete in the proper order: spirit, mind, and body.

This is more than a collection of baseball lessons. Team practices primarily develop the player, while traditional strength programs build the physical athlete. Resonance pours into the whole person—establishing faith, identity, discipline, awareness, and purpose before applying those principles to physical performance.

The goal is for each athlete to gain clarity on what it means to become a disciplined, God-fearing young man and high-level baseball player.

Who the Membership Serves

Built for Readiness, Not Age Alone.

Membership is currently designed for pitchers who are physically and mentally ready for a higher level of development. Athletes are generally age 13 or older, although acceptance is based on individual maturity and readiness rather than age alone.

Hitting memberships, camps, classes, mobile training, and app-based training may be added in the future, but they are not currently included in the membership program.

Membership availability is limited.

Membership is currently designed for pitchers who are physically and mentally ready for a higher level of development.

The Three Membership Tiers

Each tier represents a progressively greater level of commitment, access, structure, and individual attention.

Resonance

Live in alignment.

Resonance is the highest level of commitment and individualized attention. Michael invests as much time and insight as possible into helping the athlete understand what it means to prepare like a professional and live as a disciplined, God-fearing young man.

Stepping down is generally not offered because each tier represents a specific level of commitment, consistency, and investment in the development process.

Pricing should not be displayed publicly. Prospective members should contact Resonance for current pricing and availability.

What’s Included

Built Around Spirit. Mind. Body.

The membership connects every area of athlete development so that the player is developed as a complete person rather than as a collection of separate physical skills. Faith, identity, mindset, movement, preparation, and performance are developed together.

01 — INDIVIDUAL INSTRUCTION

Individual Instruction

Every membership session is private and one-on-one. Instruction is shaped around the athlete’s individual movement, throwing, physical, mental, and developmental needs.

Membership sessions are conducted between Michael and the athlete without a parent present. Once each month, a parent may attend and observe a session. Parents also receive a structured monthly update regarding the athlete’s development and progress.

Small-group training will be reserved for future camps and classes and is not currently part of the membership.

02 — STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Strength & Conditioning

Strength and conditioning is personalized around what each athlete needs most. Programming may emphasize strength, mobility, explosiveness, movement quality, recovery, or another identified area of development.

Training may be completed at Resonance or programmed for the athlete to perform independently. When possible, Michael prefers to teach movements in person before the athlete performs them on his own.

03 — ROUTINE STRUCTURE

Routine Structure

High-level development extends beyond completing a workout or throwing session. Athletes learn how to approach nutrition, sleep, recovery, daily movement, preparation, and personal responsibility with greater intention.

Routine development becomes increasingly detailed at each membership level, with the greatest degree of structure and accountability provided through the Resonance tier.

04 — MINDSET & PURPOSE

Mindset & Purpose

Everything within the program falls under a Christ-centered understanding of identity, purpose, discipline, and responsibility. Athletes are taught to recognize that who they are comes before what they do.

The goal is not simply to produce better pitchers. It is to develop disciplined, grounded, God-fearing young men who understand how to compete freely, respond to failure, and pursue excellence without allowing baseball to define their identity.

How Membership Works

A Structured Path Forward.

Resonance provides a structured, individualized development process rather than disconnected lessons. Each athlete is assessed, given a plan, coached consistently, and adjusted according to his progress and needs.

01

Initial Assessment and Interview

Every prospective member completes an individual assessment and interview before being accepted.

The assessment helps identify the athlete’s physical abilities, movement needs, throwing needs, focus, communication, composure, and overall readiness. The interview also allows Michael and the athlete to determine whether the relationship and program are the right fit.

The interview is intentionally challenging enough to reveal how the athlete communicates, responds to discomfort, and holds his own space.

  • Vertical jump
  • Broad jump
  • Single-leg skater jump
  • 30-yard sprint
  • Range-of-motion measurements
  • Qualitative throwing assessment performed by Michael
  • Evaluation of focus, communication, attention, and composure

The assessment costs $200 when completed independently. If the athlete joins the membership afterward, the full $200 is credited toward his membership.

02

Individual Development Plan

Michael creates an individualized plan according to what the athlete actually needs.

An athlete who needs mobility will receive a greater mobility emphasis. An athlete who needs strength, recovery, mental focus, parasympathetic regulation, routine development, or throwing support will receive programming directed toward those areas.

The athlete is not placed into a generic system. The system is shaped around the athlete.

03

Ongoing Coaching & Structure

Private coaching sessions, individualized programming, and direct communication provide the athlete with consistent guidance and accountability.

Communication occurs primarily between Michael and the athlete so that the player learns to communicate, take ownership, and become responsible for his development. Parents receive a structured update once each month and may observe one session per month.

04

Progress & Adjustment

Progress is evaluated through physical performance, throwing development, training data, routine consistency, focus, energy, and the athlete’s ability to take greater ownership of his preparation.

Depending on the athlete and his program, progress may be tracked through:

  • Velocity-based strength-training data
  • TrackMan metrics
  • Jump and sprint performance
  • Range of motion
  • Throwing quality
  • Routine consistency
  • Focus and engagement
  • Recovery, energy, and readiness

The development plan is adjusted as the athlete’s needs change.

Membership FAQ

Questions Before You Start?

What is included in the membership?

Every tier includes private one-on-one instruction, individualized development, strength and conditioning guidance, routine development, direct athlete-to-coach communication, and a monthly parent update. The amount of access, frequency, structure, and individual attention increases through the Pulse, Flow, and Resonance tiers.

How often do athletes train?

In-person membership sessions range from four to six sessions per month, depending on the selected tier. Each session lasts approximately 60–90 minutes.

Athletes are generally encouraged to complete four structured strength-training days, two recovery days, and one complete rest day each week. Throwing frequency is individually managed but may occur on a similar number of days.

How long is the membership commitment?

Membership requires a minimum commitment of one month. Resonance does not offer one-off private lessons because meaningful development requires consistency, trust, and enough time for Michael to understand the athlete.

What does the membership cost?

Pricing varies by membership tier and is not displayed publicly. Contact Resonance to discuss current pricing, availability, and the level that may best fit the athlete.

How do I know whether my athlete is a good fit?

The program is generally designed for pitchers age 13 and older who are physically maturing and ready for a higher level of structure, communication, personal responsibility, and commitment.

Every athlete completes an assessment and interview before acceptance. This allows both the athlete and Michael to determine whether Resonance is the right fit.
